Evangel's Growth Track
The Evangel Growth Track guides you to discover your redemptive purpose and live the life God created for you. The Growth Track is made up of three steps that equip you to 1) connect to the church, 2) discover the strengths of your purposeful design, 3) develop your God-given gifts to make a difference in the lives of others. Once you have completed these three steps, you are ready to join a ministry team and get plugged in and serve.
Brief Descriptions of the Growth Track
FIRST STEP
Learn more about the church and how it operates at a First Step session. In this session, we cover the basic foundational beliefs of our fellowship, the Assemblies of God, how we structure our leadership and accountability and what it means to be a member of Evangel.
JOURNEY
This class is designed for those who may be just beginning their journey with God and those who would like a refresher course on the basic foundations of the Christian faith. This can be done in a small group format or in a one-on-one mentorship format.
DISCOVERY
This is a gift assessment designed to help you discover the gifts that God has given you to use for the building of His Kingdom. Once you understand what your gifts are, you can begin to use those gifts to bless others. This is offered in a small group format.
